    pH reduction of the mash

  • improves the effect of hydrolytic enzymes

  • Use in brewing water containing bicarbonate

  • also offers advantages for brewing water with low residual alkalinity

  • Correction of the pH value during fermentation

  • also available as grit in 25 kg bags
